2. Appointments

If you are unable to attend, you must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel in time, you will be charged for the treatment.

3. Payment

• Payment must be made immediately after the treatment.
• Fees are listed on the website or can be provided on request.

4. Confidentiality

I treat your personal information confidentially. This information is used only for the purpose for which it was provided, namely the provision of acupuncture treatments.

5. Liability

• Although I do my utmost to provide you with the best possible care, I cannot guarantee the success of the treatment.
• I am not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the services I provide.

6. Complaints

If you have a complaint, you can notify Aron Ebbing in writing or by telephone. I will do my best to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction.

7. Changes

I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most recent version of the terms and conditions can always be found on my website.
