General Terms and Conditions
1. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Aron Ebbing. By making use of these services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Appointments
If you are unable to attend, you must cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel in time, the treatment will be charged.
3. Payment
- Payment must be made immediately after the treatment.
- The rates are stated on the website or can be provided on request.
4. Confidentiality
I handle your personal data confidentially. This data is only used for the purpose for which it was provided, namely the provision of acupuncture treatments.
5. Liability
- Although I do my utmost to provide you with the best possible care, I cannot guarantee the success of the treatment.
- I am not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the services I provide.
6. Complaints
Should you have a complaint, you can make this known to Aron Ebbing in writing or by telephone. I will do my best to handle your complaint to your satisfaction.
7. Changes
I reserve the right to amend these general terms and conditions. The most recent version of the general terms and conditions is always available on my website.
