Skin conditions

Skin problems are common and can manifest in many ways. For example, you may experience itching, redness, pimples, scaling, dryness, vesicles, swelling or changes in the colour of the skin. Some skin symptoms occur suddenly and disappear again, while others remain present for a long time or flare regularly.

The cause and treatment vary greatly per skin condition. Also within the same condition, complaints may vary from person to person. In eczema, for example, dryness and itching can be at the forefront, while in someone else redness, vesicles or wet spots are more important.
